Content generated by artificial intelligence:

• May contain errors or inaccuracies
• Does not constitute professional advice

You accept that any use of such content is at your own risk.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations.

By using the Service, you authorize:

• The collection and processing of your data
• Use for operational, commercial, and service-improvement purposes

You have the right to:

• Request deletion when applicable

In compliance with Law 1480 of 2011, the user has the right to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Colombia.

Access to certain features of the Service is subject to payment of a monthly subscription.

17.1 Subscription Plan

The Service offers a subscription plan at a cost of USD $49 (forty-nine US dollars) per month, billed on a recurring basis.

By subscribing, the user authorizes PageFactory to make automatic charges using the registered payment method.

17.2 Automatic Renewal

The subscription will renew automatically each month on the same billing date, unless the user cancels before the renewal date.

17.3 Cancellation

The user may cancel the subscription at any time from their account or by contacting support.

• Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period
• No charges will be applied after cancellation

17.4 No Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable, including:

• Partially-used periods
• Already-processed charges

17.5 Price Changes

PageFactory reserves the right to change the subscription price.

Any change will be notified in advance and apply from the next billing cycle.

The user is responsible for any tax applicable in their jurisdiction.
